It is very helpful to have the technician on chat. Having the technician take over the updates and fixes on my pc remotely is a big time savings because the updates are done while I wait at my workstation and I am able to verify the fixes have been made at the same time.

I have dealt with Craig a few different times in the last 4 weeks and he is excellent. He understands the issues, helps resolves them, and follows up. He explains the issues/resolutions in general terms that I can follow (not technical – where I would be completely lost). Gives you a sense of comfort and trust that all will be fixed and will be up and running quickly.
