Chris has over 5 years of experience working in IT services. He has previous experience working as a service desk technician, service desk lead, and network administrator. Chris has always had a passion for IT and technology since he can remember. In the 5 years that he has been working in the IT field, he has gained the skills and accomplished more than most people with 10+ years of experience. Chris attended Moraine Valley College and completed the Computer Technician, Computer Support Associate, and Cisco Network Associate programs. On top of this he has also obtained his CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification and is currently working on his MCSA.
Steve has been working as an IT professional for more than eight years. Steve is passionate about leveraging information systems to improve business processes and user experiences. An AmeriCorps alumni with more than 4,000 volunteer hours, he feels the transition from national service to IT support was surprisingly natural, because at the end of the day this work is not primarily about repairing machines, it is about helping people. Steve has studied formally at Western Governors University and holds CompTIA certifications in A+, Project+ and Security+. He still enjoys volunteering when he can, as well as reading, writing, photography and playing with his son, Silas.
